Status
March 2026: Buildings on site now demolished, excavation underway.
On March 20, 2026 the City received received a Delegated Development Permit application for changes from the original approvals from the developer (dated February 24, 2026), The changes are fairly significant in terms of the the upper storey and rooftop designs as well as what appears to be the elimination of floor to ceiling glass window where it existed previously, a greater use of composite metal panels and a simplified flat exterior compared to the original design which included articulated panels. The 21 storey building has been updated to include an additional three apartments, up to 157 from the previous 154. The reason for the changes were not provided and the revised plans now required a review by city staff review against city policy/guidelines and a decision of the Director of Planning.
