Building Info
12 storey - 160 unit rental building
This may have since been redesigned to 120 suites with a cascading design. Unable to determine what the latest iteration is as the development application has been archived. It’s likely the original one shown on DAU Studio’s site was the first draft and perhaps based on community feedback about the height and impact the massing was cascaded.
