Status
Developer submitted a third set of plans in September 2026 which the city unanimously approved on September 24, 2026.
As of September 2026 to development is being presented as 100% market housing following the loss of provincial funding in February 2026 and it appears as though it's construction is dependent on funding being restored. In addition, while Indigenous tenants will be prioritized, the building will be open to all renters.
