COMPLETED in April 2026. Final ownership structure still to be determined. A new non-profit housing society is looking to finalize the purchase of the building for co-op housing. The Times Colonist reported on April 18, 2026 the City granted an occupancy permit early in the week, which was one of the conditions for sale.
