Status
August 2026 status: First crane installed on March 26, 2026, second crane on August 6, 2026. As of early August excavation is complete except for site access road and work continues on the first level of underground parking.
Development permit issued on July 16, 2026 for revised and final plans dated July 14, 2026. The final plans list many 'minor' changes, yet some are noteworthy, such as the removal of power poles along the View Street frontage.
