• The View Street side of this development was home of Griffin and Orpwood Plumbers from ~ 1949 to ~ 2017 at 941 View Street.  Prior to that the building was a stable for horses pulling Northwestern Creamery milk wagons.  In 1916 it was home to the Pacific Motor Car Company at 941 View. 

• In recent years the View and Vancouver corner of this property has been a bottle return depot, tech company office and parking lot.
