Status
June 2026 - The City is considering a rezoning application and an OCP amendment for this property. Revised plans were received by the City in April 2026 with small adjustments: 156 residential units (down from 161) , 140 vehicle parking spaces in four-storey underground parkade (up from 107 in three-storey underground parkade) with bike stalls remaining at 192. Other changes are described below in the Planning Deep Dive section.
