Context
Prominent Victoria architect John Teague designed the heritage registered home at 1112 Caledonia Ave, built in 1890-91 and adjacent to St. Nicholas. It was heavily damaged on April 20, 2022 by an arson fire set by the former priest, resulting in the children of the current priest having to jump from a second story window to escape the flames.
