May 2026: Active, plan revisions received by the City on August 6, 2025; staff review completed on September 19, 2025 and returned to applicant for next steps. Applicant submitted revised plans on April 9, 2026 which City planners are currently reviewing. The revisions include minor changes such as moving the heat pumps from the level 1 patios to the rooftop and the cladding on level 1 of the south elevation has been changed from metal panel to architectural concrete.
