Context
This project is Camosun's first on-campus student housing.
The building is situated on under-used long-term parking lot off Foul Bay Road. Its E-shaped footprint is set back from the street, placing most of the height and bulk toward the rear of the site.
There will be no underground parking and Camosun College states the development reduces overall parking needs, and existing campus parking capacity is sufficient - only 68% of spaces were used during peak demand in 2024, leaving 223 stalls vacant.
Status
March 2026: Trees cleared from site, construction imminent. The project is expected to complete in the 2028/29 academic year.
