February 2026: On January 5, 2026 the Developer submitted revised plans with changes to the interior and exterior, building facade and finishing; plans and details have not been made public at this time.
On June 10, 2024, the District of Saanich unanimously approved the project. Planning and legal work is ongoing - on December 12, 2025 the developer applied for an Air Space Subdivision which creates separate land titles for the same piece of land - one for the air (residential tower) and one for the ground (retail mall level). This is required for project financing as it allows for the residential tower to be valued and insured independently from the shopping centre. Also on December 12, 2025 an updated site plan drawing was submitted to Saanich.
