April 2026 - City Council rejected the development proposal application on April 9, 2026 by a vote of 6 -2. MappingVictoria will classify this proposal as cancelled for our tracking purposes if no further action in the next few months.
February 2026: Developer once again submitted revised plans on January 21, 2026, however the changes appear to minor corrections and changes related to landscaping.
Page 4 shows the various revisions in response to City feedback and how the design has changed through the process.
