In October 2025 project management servies were awarded. Etro-Durwest is also the construction managers for the Hyatt Centric hotel at 1324 Broad Street (former Duck building). Durwest has been active on several high profile buildings in Victoria and in 2024 came under the Etro umbrella.
In October 2025 the City made a deal to take over the YMCA facility on Broughton Street for city use while the old Crystal Pool is demolished and the new one built; however a significant water leak on June 15, 2026 will delay these plans until early 2027.
