January 2026: Plans originally submitted to City on March 2, 2023. Development Tracker currently shows status as Active “The City is considering a Rezoning application to construct a 20-storey mixed-use building.”
North Park Community Association meeting minutes from October 14, 2025 states:
"The project is currently on hold due to financial considerations related to construction costs and fluctuating market conditions. Although the building and development permits are complete, they still need to be submitted for final approval. The timeline remains uncertain; however, demolition is tentatively anticipated no earlier than Winter 2026, marking a significant delay in the project schedule."
