March 2026: Several revisions have been submitted to the City based on discussions with City staff and feedback from the Advisory Design Panel. This appears to have been a frustrating process for the developer based on their letter to the Mayor and Council dated October 17, 2025.
The latest submission was received by the City on March 12, 2026. Visible design change to the exterior include the use of two colour palette's on the siding; the plans refer to as one as "weathered steel" which appears to be rust colour, yet other portions appear to be stainless.
