September 2026: Question of funding remains; however, the development process is still underway with dHK Architects submitting revised plans received by the City on June 24, 2026. City planners reviewed and returned to the developer on July 31, 2026 for response/action.
First submitted to City of Victoria on October 22, 2025. Following the release of the February 17, 2026 budget it appears provincial funding was pulled, putting the future of this project in question. For more info read MappingVictoria's February 19, 2026 story.
