Christ Church Cathedral District
Long term build out of up to 500 homes on Christ Church Cathedral lands in downtown Victoria. Potential for six buildings to be built over the next 15 to 20 years. The buildings could range from six to eight storeys, with one 18-storey tower.

“Over the first half of 2025, the project team has been working with the City of Victoria to refine the Cathedral Commons rezoning application. After several iterations responding to City requests and recommendations, we believe that we are nearing a version of the masterplan that will be forwarded to City Council at a Fall 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting."

Pacific Arbour Six
Three buildings with a total of 329 homes facing onto Fort, Quadra and Broughton. Consists of a 27 storey condo building a 11 storey seniors residence and a 10 storey building.

Roundhouse Development
The Roundhouse development is on 10 acres around the historic E&N Railway terminus. 1,827 units in nine towers ranging from 10 to 32 storeys.

The master development agreement was approved by City Council in July 2025. 210 Kimta Road and 251 Esquimalt Road (an affordable rental tower) are the first two buildings put forward for approval and were submitted in August and October 2025 respectively.
