Context

• Site was known for decades as Blanshard Court which opened in 1970 with 184 affordable homes on 7.8 acres bordered by Blanshard and Bay Streets and Hillside Avenue. 

• This building is the first of 9 as part of the master plan, which envisions 900 units in buildings ranging from 6 to 20 storeys with an anticipated build out of 10-20 years.
