August 2026 - Original plans submitted in October 2025, followed by revisions based on City Planning feedback in December 2025, March 2026 and most recently on July 29, 2026 which the city is currently reviewing.
In a letter to Mayor and Council dated July 27, 2026 the developer has indicated the economic impact of the proposal and provided an eight page response to the staff comments.
April 2026 - New revisions submitted to the City on March 30, 2026 and are currently being reviewed by staff. Solar panels have removed and replaced with a skylight and green roof. Also further changes made to landscaping.
February 2026: Plan revisions submitted in December 2025 now include solar panels and improved landscaping
