• This site was previously home to a temporary 70-bed shelter from April 2021 to March 2023

• The site is adjacent to the historic Ormond's biscuit factory and two lots down from another proposal at 235 Russell St

• May 2026: Rezoning was approved in May 2024; however, no further action or news to date and site remains unoccupied
